Current Boom Tho Girl of the Month: Allison Stokke
Started by Golden State fans who loved them some "Boom Got Them Tho!", the "Boom Tho" movement was a fun way to hype Rod Benson up as a potential Warrior. It was about time to make it official and take it nationwide.
The new "Boom Tho" movement basically has a set of very clear actions and objectives:
1. To get Rod Benson to the NBA. I'm working way too hard to stop now. Any team would be nice, really. Beggars can't be choosers, right?
2. For Rod to continue his writings with TMRB.com.
3. To get Stuart Scott and Chris Berman to add "Boom Tho" to their list of home run sayings, thus making it a household saying. It would go something like: "David Ortiz give the Fenway crowd a little boom tho in the bottom of the 4th. Manny Ramirez then said 'Boom Got Them DOS!' as they hit back to back homers." Something like that. they are the TV guys, they can figure it out.
4. For Rod to meet and possibly take Jenna Fischer from NBC's "The Office" out to dinner.
5. To live responsibly, but without too many responsibilities. In other words: have fun. Boom.
6. To make videos that reflect the ridiculousness of being a young person.
